    Rang the shop today , told the guy on phone what I was after , basically putting a charm onto a chain ( as the chain ends are to big). He understood the request , I asked for a ballpark price , which I didn't feel was an unreasonable request . His answer , was that "this is not the way he works" . I was told to come onto the store , then he put the phone down rather abruptly. Obviously I won't be going into the store . I'll just purchase a new chain , even if it does cost me more money !
