Yusra at The Watch Lab in Solihull was absolutely incredible. I was so distraught at the thought that my watch wasn’t going to be fixed properly, Timspons had told me it was a goner, but she brought my watch back to life and I couldn’t be more grateful!
Had two watches in need of battery replacements. I was dealt with by a young lady called Yusra. She was very efficient in dealing with me, carried out the repairs and tests on the devices. I was happy with the cost. I was able to have some banter with Yusra. A top lady and top customer service.
After visiting a few specialist watch shops who couldn’t replace my metal strap due to its complexity, I finally found The Watch Hut at Touchwood (opposite JD Sports). They removed the strap in seconds and fitted a new leather strap and buckle flawlessly. Super impressed with their speed, professionalism, and quality of service. Highly recommend them for any watch repairs or adjustments!

Had my watch for a few months, every attempt to establish if it was fixed would be another excuse. Was told it was ready but when I turned up at the shop the lady was rude and didn't know anything about it. Finally got my watch back unfixed after they couldn't get the parts. Why lie and waste my time, certainly won't be going back and would recommend people avoid it.
So, they have had my watch now for two months. No communications, when i visit the counter there is no knowledge of my watch, and no response from emails to the company. Do not trust any watch that you value to this shoddy service. Unfortunately there is not o zero star option edit - I did get my watch back, fully repaired after quite a period of time, so i guess my only complaint is regarding the lack of communications, and no management of my expectations.
Jeanette is a lovely, friendly and efficient lady. She repaired my gold chain today, whilst I waited. Great service, highly recommended.
Really friendly and professional service. Jeanette there is highly qualified and knows her stuff. They are reputable as they are part of Timpsons. All major automatic/mechanical watch jobs have to be sent off to Wolverhampton, although I would trust her equally to do the work. Once I had a Tissot with snap-on caseback that wouldn't clip back on. Turned out the gasket had been chewed up and she replaced it free of charge. Highly recommended...
