   We were recommended to visit with our puppy from a staff member at the RSPCA. We visited today (1/11/25) with our lurcher puppy, and found such a little gem of a place. Very knowledgable, very informative, no time pressure the fittings were taken at our puppy’s pace. Ozzy is still proudly walking round in his jumper and will not take it off! Thank you so much and we will see you again when he’s out grown this jumper and harness.

   I went here to get a harness for my lurcher. We had one already which we ordered off the internet (after measuring our dog), but it wasn't a great fit. Our dog is very dog reactive so it is difficult to take him to places like pet shops. However, Rachael was very understanding and helpful. We arranged an appointment for a time when her dog wouldn't be in the shop, and she also made sure that no other dogs entered the shop during our appointment. She was clearly experienced in finding the right harness for a dog - not just in terms of size but also practicalities such as escape-proofness. We came away with a nicely fitting Ruffwear harness, a lovely raincoat and some treats. Nice shop with good quality items and helpful owner. Thanks
