   "I had the pleasure of working with Digital Direct Kidderminster recently and I must say, these guys are seriously fantastic. I needed a cat6 data cable run for an access point up stairs and was amazed by the quality of work provided. There is no trace of the cable in any way shape or form, and you wouldn't even know it was there! The workmanship is truly second to none, and the team was able to accommodate same-day services, which was brilliant. I was so impressed with their work that I had the team back to fit me another data cable from the same location, this time to the garage to run further access points and services. Once again, the work was carried out with the utmost respect and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering the work they offer. Overall, my experience with Digital Direct Kidderminster was exceptional. They were professional, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work.    Richard arrived prompt at 9am. Having already had two local television engineers to our t.v. within the last week resulting in no improvement, I asked if Richard was going to be our knight in shining armour. What a difference. Knowledgeable, identified the problem straight away, fitted a new dish swiftly, re-tuned t.v. completely and we now have a fully workable t v., Including Humax box, which we were told by previous person was unworkable.    I rang Digital Direct Aerials Stourbridge yesterday morning and received a call back shortly afterwards from Elaine. She arranged for Richard to come out within 2 hours. She rang again 35 minutes later to say he was 25 minutes away. Richard arrived and quickly sorted out my problem. He was professional, efficient, friendly and observed the current lockdown distancing measures. The charge for his services was very reasonable. Excellent service from both Richard and Elaine. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend this company.

   Superb service from start to finish...professional staff both in the office and engineer Dave, who was absolutely brilliant, he went straight to what the problem was, explained everything and quoted there and then. Quote accepted and fix done straight away. Also, discussed upgrading my CCTV system so may well be in touch. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

I can honestly say that from the call back service, the scheduled timekeeping through to the quality of service of the completed job it was absolutely exceptional, & at a very reasonable price too!
