   Dropped off my car Tuesday morning and picked up a courtesy car, staff were pleasant and filled out the forms and gave me copies. The tracker portal could be improved was my only issue (this is through Vizion I believe) as it still reflected that my car had been dropped off but repair work hadn’t started, I rang Gemini Stourbridge and spoke to Jane who was lovely and reassured me the bumper had been painted and would be ready to pick up tomorrow, (this was Thursday) she rang me back at 4pm and said I could go and collect it, I was so glad to have it back! can’t tell the difference between the paint on the bumper to the rest of the car so they’ve done a great job!    Gemini repair centre was absolutely amazing! Brilliant communication and excellent customer service. My car looks spectacular! Added bonus is that they delivered both my courtesy car and my Mini back to me, rather than me going to them. I highly recommend this place for repairs! 5 ⭐

   After initially being disappointed with the quality of the accident repair at the Redditch branch I have to give credit where credit is due. They reviewed the repair and repaired it properly and although I’ve yet to drive the car for a period of time to ensure that all is now well what I will say that Jo ( receptionist) has been golden throughout, very professional and empathetic an absolute credit to the centre. Tony who took my car and returned it was absolutely wonderful. Again very professional and thorough and just seemed like a really nice man. If Gemini ever have any awards for best employee please nominate these two on my behalf. Thank you all.

   10/10 service. They repaired a nasty dent I had in my door for a reasonable price, in a timely manner. Looking at the car you can't even tell there was ever any damage as the paintwork is brilliant. The car also came back clean as a whistle, inside and out. Cannot fault.

   Highly recommend, had my i30n fixed with Stourbridge Gemini Arc, and they couldn't have been more accommodating, thoughtful and thorough. Attention to detail during this process was second to none, and their customer support extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. I would without doubt bring my car or any here for repairs.

   I had my car repaired following an accident. The car has been returned with a fault. The light above the reg is faulty. Ive been told its not an issue, when its a legal requirement. A rude lady at the branch told my partner they have been out and removed the bulb as a good will but thay havent been back to replace this. My car has been like this for weeks. This is NOT good will, you have been PAID to repair my car by my insurance company. If you have no customer service skills, maybe get a job where you don't have to deal with people. I did not choose to have my car repaired here. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!

   Came back with damage repaired excellent but with more damage to different areas, and a lot of white power or t cut etc inside and out. Had it back but scratches are still visible
