My wife and I had a very good experience with Bowjangles today. We'd used them once before, some time ago now, so we knew exactly where to go this time. Both Phil and Aaron were totally professional throughout. We were surprised to see a couple of people waiting outside the shop when we arrived, but our wait was short, due to the efficiency of this very smooth operation. Understandably - for security reasons, only two customers are allowed in the shop at a time (I understand that a couple with two children would be counted as one customer, though). We sold 3 items and bought a ring - Phil was only VERY slightly out in his estimate of my ring size, I was amazed! Arron was just as knowledgeable, and very easy to deal with. We got a VERY fair price, much better than from a lot of the other options available. Thanks lads.
Bowjangles staff were so friendly and very helpful when checking out the gold rings and bracelets I had. Felt very safe inside with the double door locking system. My money was all put in an envelope. I got the full price on the day. So very trustworthy. Staff made sure I got to my vehicle safely. I highly recommend this gold merchants to anybody who are selling their gold.
Visited Bowjangles today for the first time, what a lovely “Jewell” to find in the Midlands. Both gentlemen were very helpful and honest. If your looking for any type of jewellery I recommend this shop 100%. I got what I wanted today at a price that couldn’t be beaten. Thank you once again for my daughters bangles and mine… will be visiting again in the New Year!
I was very pleased with the fast reliable service I received when trying to get some currency for a short break. I was having problems getting the Croatian Kuna I needed. Phil, ordered them there and then and I collected the next day at a very competitive rate. Brilliant service, would highly recommended.
I visited Bowjangles today to sell some jewellery items. I had previous experience of Bowjangles and know they are honest and trustworthy. Excellent customer service from Phil and Jason today, and most importantly, I knew I was not being ripped off and was getting the best price for my items. The shop is safe and it is very obvious that every step is being taken to ensure items sold are genuinely owned by the seller. Basically, do not go anywhere else to sell your gold and silver, I certainly would not. Thanks again Phil and Jason.
Our experience here was brilliant & would highly recommend, me and my husband visited today and the service from the young man that assisted us was brilliant. The man who greeted us at the door was very polite and welcoming, we were quickly in and out, no waiting around or long processes. On top of the amazing service we received we also was offered over £600 more than the first place we visited.. & that is not an exaggeration. The man was very honest with us and made us feel comfortable. Also the double doors that lock behind you and the green light system is a very good idea as I automatically felt safe when in the shop. I will 100% use again & am very happy. Thankyou very much.
