Good school but needs to make the summer school uniform better by wearing no jumpers and wearing shorts instead of trousers because in the summer girls can wear skirts and let their legs get air and in winter girls can wear skins underneath so that they are warm while in summer boys have to wear trousers and let their legs have no air so I think the school should let us wear shorts in summer and wear trousers in winter
St Mary's can't handle it's sixth form correctly, if a student is signing up for subjects at this school, they want to attend this school. They want to do the subjects that they specifically wanted to do and not be shipped off to SJP (which is more than a few miles away) because you can not provide subjects. If they aren't available for year 12, then it would be practical to NOT advertise them. I'm told many students and parents are upset about this. This can not go unnoticed and needs to be addressed by the school. St John Plessington and St Marys may be in some kind of 'partnership' but that is no excuse for this, this is nearing the end of year 11 and is forcing many students to drop and change subjects which is detrimentally effecting what they want to do and limiting them. School does not care about the mental wellbeing of students or there actual education. The teachers do not care about bullying and refuse to act upon it. They focus on the uniform and attendance more than anything else to make the school seem good when it really isn't.
You just need us to work in peace like stop talking so much
The whole experience was very confusing. Directions on the map difficult to understand, got lost several times. A suggestion maybe having the locations for each particular staff member you wish to see, on the reservation sheet. This would prevent delays between appointments.. Perhaps Students as guides as well. Regards Alice Founds parents

Such an amazing day! The atmosphere and staff are amazing. It was lovely to catch up with Staff we have known for many years and see and work with past pupils also. Look forward to more activities and days together.
Can’t even put into words into how bad this school is! I have left at year 8 due to bullying and have been getting bullied and assaulted at st Mary’s school and spotted Rats Mice and even bugs all around the corridors and cafeteria and the cheek of the teachers and lunch lady’s swearing at me I could never have stayed there until year 11 I am so appalled about this school needs to get shut down and needs to be known more and they are poorly teach the kids and my mum agrees with me! Don’t go this school even for your worst enemy!!!!!
