   Bought in a locket and chain for repairing, had for 2 months, no contact of when it was done and was difficult to catch the shop open to enquire. Now have received the locket and the only thing fixed is a clasp being put on the chain, locket still doesn't shut and has more damage to it than what it originally had. Definitely wouldn't recommend, the lady came across quite rude.

   Nearly 2 months they jad my bracelet tir a clasp to be repaired, it took 4 weeks for anything to be done and then it only had a piece of yold added but clasp still didnt work. After over 6 weeks and constant need for repair I payed for a repair that wasn't complete a clasp in pour condition

   Great shop great staff, repaired a drop dial clock back to full working glory, price was amazing, Birmingham clock smiths would of charged me £260 for a service. The shop charged £120 for service, real care and attention, clock runs as new, for clock of its age, it used to loose 5 mins in half a day, after service I have adjusted the time 1 min, in 5 days.

   Absolutely top place. I really don't want to say to much as I have other items I want repairing and there is quite a waiting list, so I don't want to many peeps getting in there. It's a rare thing to find real skill nowadays and I highly recomend them. Thing is, they don't need my recommendation or review. What they need is an apprentice.

   I needed a small clock cleaned and repaired and I was recommended to this shop. I had to wait some time but that was explained at the start. The shop stated the basic fee if any more they would discuss before commencing work. My clock is now back with a guarantee sticker. Nice shop friendly and helpful staff thanks
