   Monday 4th August 2025 my partner phoned and asked me while I was on the Moor could I call at their click and collect for some perfume she had ordered. She sent me the collection code and in I went. Nobody at the Electrical and Beauty counter where they say collect it from so a young lady from the Pharmacy said she would be 2 minutes. Then I was asked to go the tills at the front of the shop where there were long queues. I thought the idea of click and collect was to avoid the queues!! Eventually someone came and put my collection number in the till and got a print out. She asked me my name and I explained it was for my partner. She then asked if I had anything with my partner's name on it. No! I don't walk around with my partners ID on me and that's why I have the collection number on my text. So I gave up and walked out. My partner will collect it tomorrow but just a little note to Boots, if you keep pissing your customers off they will go somewhere else!!! Tuesday 5th August 2025 my partner went in Boots to collect her perfume today and was not asked if she had any ID. What's going on here!!!

   I bought my sore throat and cold medicine here. The pharmacist was soo busy so she can't really entertain me well. And the prices of the goods here are more expensive than other shops. So yeah.. but they have quiet good stuff and they have member card as well.

   I normally go in once every couple of days for bits and bobs, pharmacy etc, there's an older lady in there especially that goes above and beyond to help out, (Keeley), a few times I've gone in for something and can't find it, no matter how busy she is, she will always put customers first and help out, although I've not seen her working in a few weeks, I hope she hasn't left as she's always nice, polite, helpful and usually has a laugh.

   Apparently it takes 20 days from the day you order your prescription to get it, 3 months in a row that by the time they have said I can collect I've run out. But the best one is they do it to my mum with her cancer medication that she isn't allowed to miss, and instead of an apology they try to pass blame.
