    The pharmacist saw me straight away and recommended a cream for an insect bite which was red and swollen. The service was very good and the pharmacist very helpful. I was under no obligation to buy any products and the advice was free of charge. I would recommend this Boots for advice and helpfulness.

    Apathetic, rude, and extremely unhelpful staff. If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I come to collect my prescription, there is a new problem. The staff are never proactive or helpful, they always just tell me to ring my GP even when, after challenging them, it reveals to be an issue on their own side and they just didn't want to bother dealing with it. On the rare occasion they say the prescription is ready to pick up, when I go to collect it it turns out that it's not ready and I have to wait ages for them to sort it out. If I don't get my medication I am so fatigued I am unable to get out of bed and go to university or do anything. It is crucial I get my medication on time and the staff here are so devoid of empathy they couldn't care less. Would not recommend this boots to even my worst enemy.

I started working here on March 8th 1965 and also we are still friends with the girls that worked in the laundry room at the old Jessops hospital.     This is now my local pharmacy, great for collecting my perscription but awful customer service. Stood at the till, and waited more than 5 minutes whilst all the staff members stood in eye line talking and showing off snacks/chocolate. They noticed I was there and only came when a Que began to form. Ridiculous, personally.

    Worst Boots in Sheffield. My nephew's "My First Pharmacy Kit" has more products than this branch. They never have anything you need, even the most basic products you'd expect from a pharmacy. Shut the place down and replace it with a new dessert place, god knows West Street needs another one of those.

    Great service and friendly staff. This is a small shop and is great to pop into for extras. The pharmacy can get very busy at times. Good access for disabled and aisles are plenty wide enough for wheelchairs. Good value meal deals and great offers on cosmetics and toiletries. Advantage points soon mount up!
