    I am so fed up with this store! This is my local boots where I tend to go for my babies essentials and every week there isn’t any on the shelves! This is boots we are taking about and on a regular basis no formula in stock nor the size nappies I need or the brand I do actually want to buy! I ask all the time is there any in the back and the answer is no. Who is doing the stock level here?? The assistant has told me it’s because of shop lifters but how? When there’s none in the back even? They have security on everytime I go aswell so I don’t think that’s the main reason why this store isn’t stocked well enough!!! There’s no shortage on them.

    The pharmacy at this store is absolutely atrocious ! I’ve traveled today through woodseats on a 35 minute drive to collect some medication only to be told it is closed due to unforeseen circumstances! It’s not the first time this has happened. You need to employ staff that are available for patients to collect medication that is needed. Hopefully you are not in a situation that YOU need medication and have endure what we have contend with. I shall going elsewhere after tomorrow!

    Don't use this place for pharmacy services, they don't do service!! They don't read the reviews too , I will get an auto response if I'm lucky. Im used to the terrible queue at the pharmacy counter. Its usually due to too few staff. Today 10 people waiting were told to go away for 30 minutes as the pharmacist was due a break so they couldn't dispense. I was the only one to complain yet lo and behold suddenly they could dispense but just for me. ( perhaps to avoid the complaint). Service is shocking but after my complaint I got a call from the manager who said she tells the staff to manage the queue. This is passing the buck the manager should implement a strategy to alleviate the queue as it grows. Telling the customers they cannot be served then serving those who complain about service is totally unjustified. Look at the dreadful reviews below and get your pharmacy needs else where.

    Ordered an Armani Lip Gloss, when it arrived the packaging looked like it had been opened dozens of times and it was squashed out of shape. This was a gift, I'm embarrassed to give it and it wasn't cheap. Poor show Boots, get your act together.

    After standing 45 mins for prescription told to come back in 30 mins then returned and waited another 45 mins 5 people stood behind counter and 1 serving Very slow poor service

    Dreadful service. Queue for the pharmacy way too long and staff don’t seem to care. Would recommend using an alternative local pharmacy! Bad form Boots! Need to put adequate numbers of staff on during lunch break! 20 minutes and still waiting!

    Review for pharmacy- this must be the longest I had to wait for a prescription. 35 min in the queue and almost 30 to get 3 items. Staff is not bothered and extremely slow. I tried calling two days in a row to check if they have it in stock but no one answered.

    Gave me the incorrect medication that was written on my prescription. I am now seriously unwell due to being on the wrong antibiotics for 2 weeks. With permanent damage on my body due to the damage caused from this negligence. I’m in constant pain. Do not recommend.

    Can be very buys, the prices can be quite unreasonably experience. Staff aren't always the most polite
