   The pharmacists in here are incredible - I used to get really nervous about organising scripts and swapping medications, but they work very hard to make sure you are comfortable and understand the dispensing process. Today they very kindly put a rush on a prescription after a problem with my surgery. Despite the busy time of year, they are always so kind!! Thank you :)

   I want to take the time to give a HUGE amount of appreciation to Boots Berkley precinct's Isabelle (pharmacist), Robin, Sharon, Zhi, Caroline. I have used this Pharmacy for quite a few years now. I have special needs and they have been so kind, thoughtful, understanding, compassionate and demonstrate so much humanity. They always have a smile and a great sense of humour and no matter how you feel you always leave with a smile. In this day and age this group of people are worth their weight in gold and then some. Remember folks, they give each and every person 100% of their attention in this overcrowded and fast paced area. However much time they give to you they will give to everyone else. They work so VERY hard in this Pharmacy and I have noticed that sometimes, people getting impatient, people be kind to them as you wish others would be kind to you and the world will be a much brighter place.

   Went it today regarding a medical issue. They gave advice that was unclear. We then went to a follow up with a different pharmasit, nhs online advice and 111 call who all suggested different opinions and action. When we came back in for medication, we were spoken to with a patronising and aggressive undertone. Customer service is particularly poor here and medical advice was not clear. Although they have opinions much better than I about medical issues, it was clear we were spoken to as if we were of idiots.

   What do the staff think they are? I've never encountered such rude behavior before. I wanted to buy a perfume, and the woman told me not to touch it. They displayed a discount label, and as I tried to see which product it could be, she rudely said, "Don’t touch it. We don’t have it." I will never go there again!

   I don't know why I keep trying to support this local branch of Boots, it's just a disappointment every time. The make-up is kept behind locked doors, which means you have to find a member of staff (who is always busy) and ask them to walk over, open the counter, stand over you while you pick, then lock it up. I understand it's because of thefts, but it makes choosing items stressful and embarrassing and it makes me feel like a criminal. The photo machine is almost always broken or doesn't work and it's the only one around for miles. The whole store feels dingy and tired and the tannoy announcements about being watched are invasive and oppressive. No wonder Boots is suffering.

   Just bought today and I do self sevice counter . There’s a approval needed on my items as I have ibrupufen and panadol I asked this lady a curly hair. With glade She was nasty not even helping and pretend that she’s busy which we are in the que and she noticed us but she keep do her stuffs . The service is in acceptable as I need to be going as emergency she not even care

   The store was half empty when we visited today, which was bad enough. However, the worst was when I suggested that one of the self-checkout points did not work as I did not think we paid properly (while the machines said we paid), the staff was very unhelpful and made me feel like a troublemaker!

   Terrible customer service from middle aged lady with grey curly hair and glasses. Asked for help with malfunctioning boots card only to be told that it’s all my fault and it must be because I am doing something wrong. When asked for a new card, rather than getting in from the counter she waived her hand somewhere into store and with words “you get it there” walked off
