From the minute I went for a show around I knew Curiosity Corner was the one for my son. The manager Beth, was a breath of fresh area compared to others I viewed in the area. She was knowledgeable, bubbly and so passionate about what she does, and that really shows throughout the nursery. I never have to worry about dropping him off as the staff in the toddler room welcome him like he is their own, it’s so reassuring to see. I couldn’t recommend the nursery enough, it really is like a big family there!

As a dad, finding the right nursery for my daughter was a big deal and Curiosity Corner has been everything I hoped for. The staff are brilliant with the kids, really patient and genuinely caring. You can tell they take the time to get to know each child, which makes a huge difference. Beth, the manager, deserves a special mention. She’s friendly, approachable, and clearly puts her heart into running the place. You always feel like your child is in safe hands. My daughter comes home happy, chatty, and excited about what she’s done each day, which says it all. Curiosity Corner has been a great choice for us, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more.

My daughter has attended curiosity corner since January 2025, and has become so confident since doing so her language and social development is developing more and more. The staff have been so welcoming, understanding and attentive they notice every individual child has different needs and perspectives and do what that can to create connections to benefit my daughters journey through her time in nursery. She speaks very highly of how she spends her days there and can’t wait to go back as soon as she has left . I highly recommend this nursery to any parent who is looking for one that can give ur child a safe happy place to learn, play and make friends. Chloe c and Bethany are who she mentions the most and speaks highly about knowing she has a good relationship with her key workers makes me feel very comfortable leaving her there as in previous places she never created or had the bond she has now with them both and that’s completely down to their effort to understand and learn how my daughters mind works.

My granddaughter goes to Curiosity Corner and we honestly love it there. The staff are amazing, so warm, patient, and genuinely caring. They build such lovely personal relationships with the children, and you can really see how much they enjoy being around them. I have to give a special shout out to Beth, the manager. She’s fantastic and makes the whole place feel welcoming and well run. You can tell she really cares about the kids and her team. Overall, Curiosity Corner just has a great vibe. My granddaughter is happy, looked after, and excited to go. Highly recommend!

My daughter absolutely loves attending nursery. The staff are wonderful - especially the manager, Beth, who always goes above and beyond. It’s clear that all the staff genuinely enjoy their work, which creates such a welcoming and positive environment. My daughter is so well looked after and particularly enjoys the day trips with the staff and the fantastic outdoor space the nursery provides. Every day she comes home excited and eager to return the next morning. The meals are thoughtfully planned and nutritious, and I’m amazed at how she happily eats foods at nursery that she wouldn’t even try at home! Although she has only been there a few months, the progress she has made is incredible. She has truly come on in leaps and bounds, and I can’t thank the wonderful staff and excellent facilities enough.

Absolutely lovely nursery, very focused on ‘real world play’ and has given my daughter so much confidence in herself. Staff are always amazing, by far the best nursery I’ve tried

Yes, there were some bumps in the road when our child started attending at the end of 2021. However since reopening with a new team and what is a new management team in Jan 2022 we have had absolutely no issues. No short term closures, no confusing on key persons, no trouble of any kind. I can without a doubt recommend the team at the big picture if you’re looking for a choke focused, fun and exploration based nursery for your little human.

My partner and I have two children who have been attending the nursery and since the change of management this place has been absolutely incredible. All the staff have children's safety and development as first priority and they can't do enough to accommodate the kids. They have been an absolute godsend with the children and we as adults wouldn't have been able to achieve what we have needed to without them

Really disappointed with the nursery management, as the core staff are fantastic and deserve better. Are experiences; Covid policies have changed at least three times only found out once they called me to collect my daughter. Turning up at 8am to be told the nursery is closed for the whole week. New members of staff not being introduced to us. Last three weeks the nursery hasn't been open for a full week. Just been told it will now be closed for the first 3 weeks of January. Don't use this nursery if you require after reliable childcare.

I am having to move my daughter to another nursery due the awful experience we have had at the Big Picture. No manager for months, a lot of staff leaving, no communication and last minute closures on a regular basis. All of this is down to poor management. The core staff that looked after my daughter (when the nursery was open!) however were amazing and my daughter loved them. Its such a shame that such poor management is resulting in a good nursery going drastically downhill in a short space of time. I would not recommend the Big Picture if you are looking for reliable childcare.
