   Following a personal accident in New York, I negotiated a settlement figure with the insurers in the US. To facilitate international payment and to comply with the terms of the agreement I needed the services of a Notary Public. Sally was recommended to me by a partner in a law firm. Sally took the brief quickly, gave me all the reassurance I needed as she explained the implications of the original agreement terms in a very client focused way. The form was amended to take on board this feedback. This reduced the risk of delayed or worse no payment being made. Sally is incredibly thorough and guided me through the essentials that I needed to know excellently. Highly recommended. Thank you Sally.

   So imagine being at a cruise terminal with a grandchild and not being allowed to board because the consent to travel, signed by mum, was not notarised. Then add it’s a bank holiday Saturday and the stress is palpable. With 2 hours to departure, Sally did everything, went above and beyond, to get that consent motorised. In the words of an old add, Sally took the drama out of a crisis. This is a public shout out and thanks from us all.

   Sally quickly and efficiently arranged for our marriage certificate to be apostilled to support with my dependent visa application to move to Malaysia with my husband. When I reached out to Sally, she was the 3rd lawyer I had spoken with that day (and about the 7th person I had spoken with in relation to my query) and upon her reviewing the requirements, she was able to quickly correct my misunderstanding of the process. Sally could have continued with my original, more costly, request without bothering to read through what I had sent to her (which is the kind of support I had received from others that day). A day which had been extremely stressful day was quickly turned around, all because Sally took the time to understand exactly what it was that I needed. I am extremely grateful for her service and would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone!

   I’d highly recommend Sally’s service. Needs authenticating some oversea legal documents urgently, Sally has got back promptly and concisely with a very reasonable quotes; long story short I have notarised my doc in short notice. I appreciate that she does try to understand a client’s needs on enquiry given you have provided the necessary information. Meeting Sally in person she’s friendly, professional, helpful and has a real passion for her client. She has offered very helpful advice while she doesn’t necessarily need to be my advocate!

   I needed a document notarised for the Courts in a desperate hurry. Sally was fantastic. Where everyone else was sympathetic, but unhelpful, Sally agreed to meet me early the next morning, before she started work officially, to take care of things for me. She was helpful, informative and efficient. The task was done in a thoroughly professional and Covid-safe manner, at a reasonable price. I could not recommend Sally more highly! Thank you.
