   The recent sale of our late mum's house was quite emotional for myself and my sister. A number of issues arose during the conveyancing process but Helen & Tom dealt with these swiftly and were very reassuring and understanding throughout. They understood our wish to complete before Christmas and were very persistent in ensuring that this happened, despite the resistance of the buyers. On a number of occasions, Tom contacted us after hours, which was very much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to use Axis Legal again.

   House Purchase Axis Legal were recommended to us by another satisfied customer; there was no financial incentive involved between the solicitor and the agent on this occasion. This was important to us having suffered with an aborted purchase earlier in the year which was not helped by financial associations between Solicitor and Agent. We found that we could rely on Axis Legal to be completely independent, with no conflict of interest, and that they were working solely in our best interests. Then there are the people, who are completely brilliant! Lisa worked very hard to uncover everything we needed to know about the purchase and play it back to us in plain English. We didn’t plan to align this purchase with the sale of our house, but when it became possible, the Axis Team worked to pull everything together with Tom overseeing the total success of their work. Lisa was always there to respond to any calls or emails and worked with a challenging purchase to ensure we had the very best outcome. We cannot recommend Axis Legal highly enough.

   Tom and his team were excellent for the duration of both our sale and purchase. We were definitely problematic clients with lots of twists and turns in the purchase, with often ridiculous requirements and time frames from our lender. Tom was always very patient and professional.
