   My elderly father saw the advert on TV for a will for £59 they kept wanting more and more money they have for £627 out of an elderly man on a pension. He just wanted a simple will but they ended up telling him he had to pay this, that and the other. I would stay away, they prey on the vulnerable and basically bully you to pay more!! It's all done via bank as well so there is no invoice for services. Stay away!

   This process went well up to the point where I got my draft back and the trustee section which I’d paid an extra £200 for was missing. They put this right and I received the document which is now signed and safely stored. It’s better than dying intestate. It was quick. It was cheaper than going to a solicitor.

   The lady I spoke to was very friendly and helpful with explaining the process of the WILL. However i brought power of attorney and was advised my cost to pay would be the final price everything included. However paperwork on arrival I have to pay a further £82 per document to get them officially documented and registered so basically paid this company nearly £400 to just fill out a form I could have done myself for a lot cheaper. I was mis sold this and wouldn’t have bothered if I knew there would be further charges to me. I raised this with the company who blames you and tries stating it was clearly said I’m still waiting for the recording of the call to be sent to me so I can review and then take this matter further but as of yet I still haven’t heard anything. Very shocking service overall.

   A very easy procedure. I did it all over the phone, so no having to travel. The completed paperwork was sent out. Everything was easy. Costs were given to me at the beginning and I then had the opportunity of either continuing or declining the service.

   The initial process was ok, everything was done via the telephone, the call with the Will writer was on time, she was very knowledgeable and friendly, and explained the process thoroughly, however, it seemed that the objective was to encourage us to purchase additional services such as Power of Attorneys which would have increased the costs considerably. We did settle to purchase "Memorandum of Wishes" for £20 each which turned out to be a pre printed A4 page for us to complete and keep with the will, I thought £40 a little expensive. When I received the draft of the will there were a few errors which I reported and was corrected. The will should have been sent to us within 7 days but after 2 weeks I had to chase it up, it was then delivered within a couple of days. I feel that while they did complete everything satisfactory in the end the timescale wasn't met and they seemed more interested in selling more expensive products.
