   I have been using this practice since 2008 and have recommended it to friends, neighbours and customers of mine ( I'm a dog walker) over many years. I have always had total confidence in the care my dogs have received and wouldn't trust another practice to deliver the same excellent level of care, that Arundells does. They are transparent with their pricing structure , so there are never any unexpected financial ' surprises'. The staff are friendly, professional and go above and beyond to deliver a thorough and complete care package.

   I visited yesterday with my 13 year old dog. After bad experiences with other practices I was so happy with the service I received. The receptionist who took my initial phone call was extremely helpful and understanding. The vet that I saw was the most gentle compassionate lady I could have wished to have met. I would recommend this practice without hesitation.Only after one day my boy is brighter and I am happy I have found a fabulous surgery to take care of him.

   We could not fault the vets at all, they treated my boy with care, love and compassion in his last hours. Unfortunately our Otis passed but dealing with this vet for the first time, we are now bringing all our animals to them. They was very open about his situation and informative with all our options. We did not feel pushed to make a decision but was left to us after giving us all the necessary information. Thank you to Christina and the team for supporting me and talking to me with compassion and being sensitive to the situation. It made us feel very comfortable to have Otis cared for here. Thank you

   We visited today with our 14 year old dog Eddie. The guy we saw was amazing and after a thorough examination our dog was diagnosed with various health conditions. From the minute we walked through the door he showed nothing but compassion. He explained all the options available and helped us make an informed decision that the best option for Eddie was to put him to sleep. A very difficult decision that was made so much easier by the care we received. I would certainly recommend this practice and the vet we saw, although I didn't get his name. Our family would like to thank him for the care and compassion he showed.

   My cat didn't get the care he should of . Ended up changing my vet but it was to late for my poor cat. Poor service. Been with the 14 years , its all about money now , dont seem to care about your pet anymore, dont deserve 1 star

   Had to get an emergency appointment, phoned 0830 got an appointment 1030. Waiting area very clean and spacious, receptionist very friendly and helpful, vet gave a thorough examination seemed knowledgeable and helpful nothing too much trouble, I have no fears of using again,if i cannot get into my local Arundel. I would recommend.

   I would never use this vets again , charged nearly 500 pound for a grass seed and sedation and still it wasn’t sorted . Went to another vets and sorted in half hour without sedation . Always used arundal at bennethorpe but this kirk sandall one is shocking . All about money in my opinion .

   Until a few weeks ago we had been using Arundell’s vets for 14 years. But since the Kirk Sandall practice opened we have seen the prices go up and up and the vets there come and go with startling speed, only to be replaced by young vets with little experience or compassion. Incidentally, one of these young vets told me that Stephen Arundell no longer owns the practice,, he just works there a few days each week. This last month our dog has been having head and neck pain and we were prescribed 2 different types of tablets for him following 2 different consultations for the same problem. We were charged full price for both consultations ( i.e no reduced follow up fee ) and when these tablets didn’t work we were then told our dog needed x-rays. We agreed to this but despite this very expensive test it did not show the cause so we were then talked into having blood tests done. Again these were inconclusive so another waste of money. All the vet called Andre would say, on the 3rd full price consult within days of the x-rays and blood tests, was that we had already been advised to accept a referral for a CT scan. On explaining that we no longer have insurance, since the premiums reached over £100 per month last year, his response was to prescribe me more medicine which only lasted 2 days. He told me that if this didn’t work we would need to choose between the the CT scan and euthanasia - Arundell’s could do no more for us. So, in the last few weeks we had given Arundell’s over £600 for nothing ! Determined not to give them another penny I took our beloved dog to a newly opened practice in Edenthorpe where the vet there diagnosed him within 10 minutes, prescribed him steroids and within the week he was feeling a whole lot better. The new vet showed massive amounts of compassion, explaining what she was doing and why and at a fraction of the cost that Arundell’s had charged. My strongest advice to you is to take your beloved pets elsewhere than Arundell’s vets.
