   Attitude of pharmacist was appalling. Had flu vaccine appointment booked for a week, they sent me reminders every day. Turned up on time on right day - couldn't find me on computer, appeared not to believe I was entitled to free vaccine, then didn't have any in stock. Slumped at desk with head on chin 'what do you want me to do about it?' How about just some basic standards of organisation? Will go to Well pharmacy another time - they were amazing and got me right in with a cheerful, friendly attitude.

   Similar to other people I've been told that medications are out of production / supply issues, only to walk to another local pharmacy and have no issues at all obtaining the very same medication. Staff are also rude and appear purposely unhelpful.

   If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy service is dire. Every time I go in despite them telling me the prescription is ready it never is and you're in for a long wait. Today they excelled themselves - 45 minutes! I was told, by the pharmacist, they were behind because people were on holiday so why tell me it's ready? They'd had it 4 working days I hasten to add so it should have been ready. I will be taking my prescriptions somewhere else. One of the items was wrong - the fact they tried to give me something other than what was prescribed is somehow my fault according to the little madam behind the counter. Then I get told it's discontinued by her - the manufacturer who I rang later on to check with says otherwise. This was a nutritional product that my mother has prescribed not drugs.

   Absolutely dire service waiting over 10 mins to be served with Piriton. I understand that the pharmacist is dispensing prescription medicines, but when there are 3 other staff there and 2 are chatting. No acknowledgment at all. No apologies for the wait Farcical

   I visited the store yesterday morning, I tried to purchase a pack of chewing gum because I needed change for the weighing machine to be told quite abruptly the lady had no change and told me I'd need to purchase more items I then remembered I needed toothpaste when i came back to purchase my goods the same lady tried giving me a £2 coin in my change after I'd already explained i needed £1 coins for the weighing machine, she then continued to serve the next customer with brilliant customer service skills after talking to me and my partner like we was rubbish, going to avoid spending my money here in the future and look elsewhere for my weekly weigh in!!!!

   Regardless of what time you go to the pharmacy you have to wait . Customer awareness is shocking . Don't go if you are in a hurry even though the prescription might have been ordered days earlier .

   There never seems to be a pharmacist working which means no prescriptions can be issued. Pharmacy staff have generally been quite rude when I've visited. I won't be using this branch again.

   Ordered meds online on the 10th an told available from 12th called today 16th and told not ready didn’t receive order till 13th, maybe if you all stopped yacking at each other an did your job then maybe ppl would be able to get meds when ordered, and 1 hour for dinner is taking the pish, absolutely shocking service

   This branch is stuck in the 1980s, they still close for lunch on the pharmacy side, 13.00 -14.00hrs a time when most working people have time to collect a prescription. Customer service is shocking, I have never been served in that branch by a member of staff who has eye contact with me. For a central branch in the middle of a small community the only word I can use to sum up this store is ABYSMAL.

   The pharmacy is always extremely busy. Always have to wait in the queue and then to get my prescription for around 30 minutes. They also have a one hour break in the middle of the day, every day. There is simply not enough staff there. I have already moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy at Holme Lane, the waiting is much shorter and there are no queues.
