   First time visit for Charlie our cocker spaniel. The whole experience from dropping him off to picking him up was excellent. When we picked him up we could tell from his behaviour he had enjoyed the experience and the groom was exceptional, he looks amazing and smells gorgeous.    Paid for nails doing on two small dogs but you missed nails... But managed to moan that a small pom nipped you. Very professional -- if the claws left didn't need cutting I wouldn't have had to do it myself after. With no issues with the veins. If they was left intentionally then why wouldn't I be told? You have a right to know if a dog is aggressive regardless of size? I have a right to know if you've done what I've paid for or not. You was cutting a small dogs nails. Being a dog groomer it is your responsibility to ask them questions (if they would bite) I know for a fact she has only tried to bite you because you've been forceful in handling her. Can't do the job properly don't bother at all. I think your customer has more right to know you've done the job properly then making excuses.

   The price on the leaflet was lower than what they quoted me by £10 , after dropping my dog off they rang me 10 minutes later saying they couldn't do her she was getting " out of hand " , she's the friendliest dog you could meet , maybe their techniques\skills need to be looked at , other groomers have never had a problem , then they charged me£10 because they sprayed her with some smelly stuff but isn't that put on AFTER the washing ? Con artists
