Absolutely wonderful dog groomers. Lovely people here who know what they're doing and listen to what the owner wants. Millie Doodle loves coming here and always looks a Bobby Dazzler when she's been pampered here. This isn't our first time and it won't be the last. A big thank you to Richard and the team.
Cut my dogs claw too deep hurt her n made her bleed n shouted n threatened her not to behave like that in her salon. Rude on the phone. All out for the money.

Our dogs have been coming to Richard and the team for years, previously our late Standard Poodle and Jack Russell Terrier. Richard was amazing with them both, especially our Poodle who struggled mobility wise in his later years. We now bring our 2 Show Cockers and they are always so beautifully groomed, we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Took Robbie here this afternoon for his first ever grooming. Years back he was trafficked into UK living in a cage in a van many days crossing Europe, so it was not surprising that he was really cautious, having been very badly treated. We were able to adopt him from FOSTBC. My concerns were completely unnecessary as Richard did a wonderfully professional miracle job, trimming enough fur to stuff a mattress or two! Robbie's lined up for a January 20 23 visit. Thank you.

Brilliant 1st time experience at this groomers with our dog Red. They made him feel very comfortable and did a 1st class job we will definitely be returning and making it a regular visit we would highly recommend.
