Lovely lass and she cares a lot about the animals. Reasonable prices and it's great that she'll try the teeth first before making you pay for a full appointment to do them. We're more function over form for our nutty spaniel and she does a good job with her. Been a couple of times now and will continue to return.

This is the best groomers I have ever come across. The girls are so friendly and genuinely care for the dogs. Both my dogs loved their grooms and pampers. Diesels teeth were brown as he wouldn't let me clean them, Beth sorted these out and he now has pearly whites. I honestly couldn't believe the difference and no more smelly dog breath. Beth and Louise you are the best. Xx
Fabulous attentive groomers and wouldn’t leave my pup anywhere else! We were made to feel so welcome and our cockapoo was playing with the other dogs when we picked him up- he didn’t want to leave! Thankyou so much he looks and smells fabulous!
First of all, I’m not here to shame Louise’s work and care for the dogs as we’ve used her for over a year and had nothing but good things to say about herself and her work. Since Louise moved locations, our dogs 2 times in a row were scared to go inside and tried to run out (can I just say that this is very out of character for our older dog, she absolutely loves others dogs and people, she was fine the first time in the new location), which we then raised our concerns with Louise. We had a chat about the possible reasons as to why this might be the case. Even after the chat we put it all to bed, Louise said she would video the dogs next time and even booked us back in. The next day we’ve received a long message from Louise, we’ve been accused of calling her other colleague ‘aggressive’, which was absolutely not the case. We asked if it might be a possibility that the dogs could have been groomed by her and just not took to her as well as Louise, maybe the presence of other dogs being there etc etc. Can I just add, when I dropped the dogs off when Louise wasn’t there, Beth the other groomer just stood there not saying a word, watched how stressed the dogs were and watched me struggle. As a groomer with over 10 years experience, you’d be doing everything you can and be encouraging the dogs to come inside to you, especially when you’re well aware that dogs can be nervous when being left by their owners. We raised our concerns and this is how we were treated the next day, this is not how you treat your customers for raising concerns about your pets welfare. Hence why my partner ended up leaving a 1 star review, that’s not a good customer service. We then received another message from Louise threatening to tell other groomers (a post has now been posted about us, stating ours and our dogs name and where we live, defaming us on a dog groomers page by Beth who doesn’t know us and lied about everything) in the area about us and been blocked from the pages, when we have genuinely done nothing wrong. Such a shame it’s come to this as stated above, the dogs loved coming to Louise and we fully trusted her. But we will not be recommending her as a groomer if that’s how she treats her customers when they raise genuine concerns.
Beth did an amazing job with my 2 Springer Spaniels. She’s lovely and you can tell she really loves all the dogs! She made Boe & Mollie look absolutely beautiful. After a couple of hours I went back to pick them up and they were incredibly happy! Beth had done an amazing job. Both girls look and smell amazing! Thank you so much! Would highly recommend!
my guide dog has skin allergies so has to have a medicated bath every 2 weeks. here they do that for me and give him an amazing groom. they also groom me retired girl once a month and rhey come back smelling great. and they really groom them great and hair shedding is reduced to a minimum, each time they come back with various free bows bandanas etc
