20 Minute wait on phone. I gave up. I will try another day.

An organisation run by very incompetent management - theyβre running more than two years behind on registering land/property so if youβre coming up for a remortgage, it means you canβt remortgage, then they donβt do an urgent expedite when you request it, they donβt respond to any communications as theyβre too busy, they donβt respond to complaints because theyβre too busy - so it begs the question, what are they actually doing. Again, itβs another lazy government department

I have found the service very helpful and pleasantly understanding of my enquiries into the transfers of two properties. They are almost certainly understaffed at present..(Corvid).. P.L.Ledwith

Poor Land Registry and private solicitors the system was new when I provided my original old deeds for the additional strip of land. I must not. My neighbour sold his house and my land I went to High Court following rules.my advice to everyone who has a land dispute. Needs a correct boundary. Acquire all surrounding land plans registered at Your Land Registry. Submit your measurements. Peg out your land with string and take photographs. I lost my land. My health and sold my home after 33yrs I'm sorry for anyone who has neighbour and land registry disputes. Lynn Gordon

Not a great service A time sensitive process would have been elongated by a month due to this organisation not sending forms. Only moved forward after personal and council intervention.
