If could give minus 10* I would. AVOID AT ALL COST. A VERY SIMPLE CONVEYANCE, but I’m now led to believe they were(overrun) due to the season. Took payment, after repeated attempts to contact Mr Norman, to no avail. Then a email in junk mail stated they were holding money in a client account and could we provide bank details to reimburse us. NO EXPLANATION GIVEN. SHOAIB IS A TRAIN WRECK. AGGRESSIVE, dishonest and totally unprofessional. If I hadn’t of called 5 weeks after instructing, I would of still been under the impression they were acting on the conveyance. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE AVOID LIKE THE PLAGE I WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE.

Dreadful. Was told I.D. accepted then TWO WEEKS later, the day I received an offer that required 24hr acceptance time, that it wasn't (to put it basically). Poor communication. We lose a sale. Daniel, closes our case WITHOUT my consent or verifying my intentions. It's a clown show.
