   Thank you to the very helpful lady in the shop today (and yesterday!). Having recently acquired a house with a pool, and not having much knowledge about how to manage it, and now the hot weather has arrived - it started to go green very quickly. The lady helped us with advice as to what to do and explained it all, great relief to know we’ve got such a good company locally that are happy to help with advice as well as pool supplies.    We went in there recently to discuss our pool being serviced and upgraded and oh my god, the lady on the front desk was ABSOLUTELY vile, unbelievably rude, safe to say we will go elsewhere with our money. She was the only reason we went somewhere else.

   I've been twice now to the shop and both times the staff were very friendly and helpful. We have not had our spa long and are having some trouble getting the water right so when I went to the shop and asked for some help the staff was very informative about spa's and helped me massively.
