Absolute shambles of a venue. Parking fines constantly despite entering vehicle details as advised, changing rooms are abysmal, the pool itself is like something from the 1970's. I'd avoid this place at all costs.

Ok, but some staff snobby and ignorant bordering on plain rude. The closing time for being out of the pool changes like being told to leave the water are not the times they advertised. You should get the services being advertised and you pay for!!

We've received a parking fine letter despite entering our car numberplate on the tablet at reception and looking at the two recent previous 1 star reviews it looks like regardless of having a receipt of sorts for the swimming session, we are likely to be asked to pay it (side note: the letter says if you pay early it's just £60, but goes up to £100 - conveniently, they've sent the letter out well after the date they claim they issued the fine!) Unbelievable to pay for a session with the parking supposedly included, for which we followed the instructions and entered the numberplate, and it'll now be costing us £100. Total scam.

I have used the facilities multiple times and I have found the staff welcoming and friendly. The pool is lovely and warm which makes swimming more enjoyable for me. I have seen multiple reviews about their car parking and ‘lack’ of signs for registering their vehicles. In my eyes you shouldn’t be driving if you can’t see multiple signs darted about, along with a 6ft banner in the reception area! In all great pool and staff

Easy to book session online and plenty of places to park (make sure to type your registration in to the tablet at reception) Pool was nice and warm and there were plenty of toy to go around at the Family Splash session. Main issue was that there were children being changed on every available surface and clearly not enough room to go around in the women's changing room which surprised me considering the apparently staggered entry times. Luckily my partner had taken the bay in with him where there were no other children at all. Could do with more than two changing tables in the women's and also requesting that the two small showers aren't used for full hair washes, it took a long time for me to wait just get the chlorine off. Pool itself is grey, just the changing rooms that could do with a rethink.

I love this pool because it's where I learned to swim in the 70's. Luckily it's been modernised but it retains its charm and it literally retains its warmth.

, I'm new to the area and only recently discovered this swimming pool. We went to an adult swimming session at 9 p.m. and the lights were dimmed so made for a really nice place to swim. The water is warm at the most swimming pools that has somebody who feels the cold I really enjoyed this

Really warm pool, splash sessions are great for kids with an inflatable one end and plenty of floats/noodles/balls in the other end. It's the only pool in Worcester that my kids don't turn blue in within half an hour!

As I walked into the changing rooms there is a VERY strong smell of urine, so bad i had to cover my nose with my jumper. I did continue to change as there was many people here so thought pool couldn't be too bad. The pool area was clean and smelt normal for a pool. The pool was a warm temperature which was nice.
