Sarah and Hannah are both so lovely and our crazy cocker spaniel loves going for his groom! He’s gone to Sarah since he was a puppy and we wouldn’t go anywhere else, thank you both ☺️

Sarah has looked after Stewie for 3years and always does an excellent job. As a corgi and a double coated dog it is very difficult for us to groom him.

Heather did a great job of sorting my two Malshi's out. They we both in need of a decent cut and scrub (the smaller one loves to roll in rabbit poo and hates being bathed.) Heather cut them as per my instructions and now they look great, feel soft and smell nice. They have a great team at wuffand whiskers, made to feel really welcome from the first phone call to collecting the terrible two.
Took my GSP pup for his first bath, came home smelling beautiful! He had the best day ever! Sarah explained everything and clearly has years of experience and knowledge. He will be back for a bath and Wuff and Whiskers
I took my cat in due to his coat becoming matted and tangled. However I am very disappointed for what I've had to pay for. This does not look at all professional I can fully understand its probably very stressful for a cat to have to deal with but if this was me I would of definitely of had the customer return back free of charge to complete what was asked to do. My cat has come home with cuts under his arms , a matte that still hasn't been removed and an appalling hair cut! If my cat wasn't in the basket for when I collected him I would of definitely of spoken with the groomer in regards to re visiting free of charge for the job to be completed properly.
