   An outstanding experience from start to finish.We needed urgent document notarisation. Natalie is incredibly professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. Natalie patiently explained the entire process, which put our mind at ease and went above and beyond to help meet a strict deadline.    My experience of Natalie J. A. Turner is through using her as a solicitor and I can only confirm what previous reviews have highlighted already. We have used Natalie for an issue we had with a lease extension that should have been dealt with 5 years ago. The issue was holding up the sale of our apartment. You can tell that Natalie is specialised in leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions. Other solicitors said it'll take 3-6 months to sort out the issue (and delay the sale by 3-6 months which would have been a nightmare), others didn't even want to get involved with the issue at all. Natalie sorted it all out in 5 weeks. It's been incredible (even our conveyancer was very impressed). Natalie is very reliable, stuck to the timeline that was agreed on, professional and efficient, kept us updated throughout the process and, is actually capable of showing empathy for the stress you are experiencing (unlike most other solicitors). We are extremely grateful that we have found Natalie - would recommend her to anyone else without hesitation and, will definitely use one of her many services again in the future. Thank you!
