   I have used this company for a negligence claim and after a my first solicitor left I was assigned a new solicitor Alex who has been very helpful, understanding and always there with help and guidance all the way. I really have had very good advice and when I haven't always understood situations he always said ring if you need to discuss anything. The solicitor has kept me informed all the way through and has always asked if I didn't understand anything or needed advice he was always available for email's or phone calls. I would highly recommend this solicitor as I have felt very confident all the way with someone who is always at the other end of the phone.

   Kailey Doyle handled our house purchase with the utmost patience and professionalism. Despite major issues with the sellers solicitors, she did everything she could to get purchase across the line and if it weren't for her the sale probably would've fell through due to the incompetence of the sellers solicitors. Highly recommend as she will do anything to get your case complete and was easily contactable, unlike other solicitors.

   Absolutely shocking communication. Never reply to emails, give updates or answer any questions. Finally settled for a measly sum for a case worthy of so much more because I was so sick of not getting replied to, not only has this meant I've missed out on a lot of money, but also Scott Rees & co themselves, very smart of them huh? If you're looking for a injury solicitor, I would highly advise against using this firm. As for other legal matters I can't comment as to what they're like because I've only used them for a car accident claim, but, if its anything like they handled my claim I would seek alternate companies for any legal matter.
