   *If there was a solicitor overviewing our case then they failed to organise the porting over of the ER prior to the day of completion as they left inexperienced paralegals to do the work. *Our house sale nearly collapsed, twice. *Required our family to step in and get the correct information out of the equity release company to the solicitors acting for the sale on the day of completion. We had to make calls to all the other solicitors and fight to ensure the information and actions happened correctly in time as no solicitor at Adlington Law was. *Emails to Adlington Law manager’s, months earlier asking for help and support to be given to their paralegals who were clearly out of their depth, went ignored. The paralegal did not fully understand what porting over was. *2 months of a complaint procedure and they could not provide any evidence to prove their solicitors did anything to ensure our case was managed professionally, especially on the completion day. *Because of the above they did not in my opinion act in their client’s best interest. We have accepted Adlington's apologies and know human error can and will happen. In balance I have to also say they did get the job done in the end. Our case was complicated, 5 sets of solicitors and buying a new build does take longer.
