   KLS were appointed to deal with my non fault accident. The process seemed to take a very long time as on two occasions the solicitor dealing with my case left the company, something that I was not informed of, and after a significant time of hearing nothing I had to contact them to find out what was happening. My case has just been settled however and Ellie Bennett and Cody Brown negotiated a sum considerably higher than I was expecting so I am very happy with the hard work KLS have put in on my behalf to get the best outcome.

   I had a claim resolved today that's been going on for the last few years involving me in collision with a car whilst on my e-bike.    KLS Law are the firm that got appointed to support me through a rather nasty RTC where I was hit off my bike . Jan and his team have been like a second family for the little while ..kept me updated ..gave fair advice and have never been pushy. always advised what they thought was best but always let me make the choice . Nothing is ever really fast with these types of claims but it was smooth and stress free which is what you want out of a team of people who are there to fight your corner and get you what's due. Big thank you to all of them . Would recommend to anyone .

   I was involved in a non-fault serious bike accident 3 and a half years ago, as a result of this I was recommended to KLS Law by a trusted professional family friend soon after. The accident left me with life changing injuries. The person who dealt with my claim at KLS law was Soyab. He and his team Amy, Anna and Dori have been amazing throughout, they were always there if I had a query via email or call. The organisation from them in terms of medical appointments and rehab was equally as good. You have to trust in the process and be patient. I understood this and for periods of time I just left the solicitors to work in the background without requiring constant updates. Once there was a relevant update they would always notify me accordingly via email and then they would discuss this further via phone if necessary. This process does take time in order to get the best possible settlement and involves lots of appointments with professionals, however this is all worth it once you get to the end.The outcome for me was a lot better than I expected, and this was definitely down to Soyab and the barrister's meticulous work/advice throughout the claim and in particular at the joint settlement meeting. I can't thank them enough, and now I can finally move on with the next phase of my life.

   Genuinely speaking, KLS has done me justice at the very end. Though I had to wait 2 years, because my solicitors kept getting changed, but Andrew McLachlan came through and helped me fight to the very end. The final outcome of my case was better than what I expected. The wait felt more than worth it. Thanks to him, I am very much thankful to him. Very busy man, but busy because he makes it worth it.
