   Can’t say i was impressed as from my initial phone call speaking to someone called Harry who took all my details and then explained their process that he would forward my details to the the Solicitors and that someone would be in touch within 48 hours and as I rang on a Thursday I expected to have received a phone call by the following Monday. No phone call received and I rang the team back on Tuesday morning to speak to some one else who informed myself that she would again pass my details through and some one would be in touch by 5PM and would you believe it no-one has bothered getting in touch with me so it’s a one star from me and I begrudge giving you that a complete shambles of a Solicitors and I will be looking elsewhere

   Very slow at responding. Uncontactable, never responds to messages phone calls or emails. Added fees on without explaining. Wish we didn't go with this firm. They have made buying a property more stressful than it should be.

   I used BLJ conveyancing Team to sell my property which completed 04.06.21. I had never heard of this firm before and came across it from a Google search and it had been rated highly by previous customers/clients. Due to such good reviews I obtained a quote for the work which was cheaper than what I was expecting to pay and thought just go with them...I'm so pleased I made that decision. The use of a client portal was great for me as any questions or queries, I just popped on the chat facility and would always receive a prompt reply. The portal also allows you to track where you're up to in the process, which is always handy. Kerry Looker and Olivia Andrew dealt with my case and I can say they were both excellent, keeping me post on progress, promptly replying to queries and communicated fully. Both were so efficient that we had all our paperwork completed and ready to go for when a completion date was agreed with the buyers. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a solicitor for conveyancing and I would use them again without hesitation.
