   It was my mum and dad who found the advert in the Warrington Guardian about a new employment solicitor joining Watsons Solicitors team.Mr Latham Parry, joining the company just before Christmas 2015. I had been beaten down as low as one could go at this point and agreed to book an appointment with him, what more did I have to lose. To those unreligious they will see it as fortuitous - to me, he was a God send. My case was complex, incorporating, bullying, disability discrimination, constructed unfair dismissal and victimisation going back a number of years. Mr Latham Parry took me under his wing working one angle at a time. I was facing down the local NHS who considered that what they said was un-contestable! This case was also personally funded, no union support -even though I was a -member. Mr Parry found experts who believed in me and worked within my finances. He was always honest and upfront with how things could go, and I knew that if he didn't believe in our case he would not let me go any further out of pocket. He was all about ME. At no point did I feel that he was pushing for the company benefits only. This case was on going from January 2016 to March 2025. NINE years and he never failed me! He found me an exceptional Baristar and his secretaries and all the lovely team in the background that worked like a well oiled machine left me with NO doubt how cared for I felt. For Employment Law you could be in no better hands. AND YES - WE WON!!! I would recommend Watsons Solicitors to ANYONE, infact I have done. For my family, parents, husband, children for an Employment Law expert Mr Latham Parry is the number one choice. Everytime I fell apart, he put things into perspective. The team put me back together to fight on. We will be eternally grateful.

   Poor service overall. Communication was a major issue, emails were frequently ignored, and calls were not returned. Vicky was particularly rude in my experience, and Danny completely ignored emails. Their work contained numerous mistakes, which took far too long to correct. However, Shelley was helpful, and Anne was professional, though she also ignored messages at times. Given the high cost and frustrating experience, I would not recommend this firm. While I was not the named client, I was directly involved in the matter and the firm was authorised to deal with me. I also paid them a substantial sum. My review reflects my genuine experience of their communication, conduct, and the stress caused. It’s disappointing to see a firm dismiss valid feedback this way.

I felt that my matter was in very safe hands throughout its progress to an excellent conclusion. Latham has been highly professional and helpful through what has been a difficult and sensitive case.    The customer service team of the housing department which is based in London are absolutely disgraceful, they told me to send a documentation, which I did send in order, unfortunately, every other week they're sending me an email requesting the same documents again, and again and again, it seems that they don't know what they're doing, and they're ruining the dignity of those Solicitors they're working for. I have been waiting legal advisor to take my case for nearly 2 months now.
