   Customer service at this place is AWFUL nobody ever at reception, they never answer their phones. I have been attending since last year and it seems to be going downhill, the place is very unhygienic just doesn’t justify the £150 a month I’m spending here. Some of the teachers are great and a credit to this place however I do feel the class sizes need to be smaller one teacher between 8 kids in a 30 min lesson is not enough. I shall be cancelling my membership going forward.

   After left disappointed last year I thought I'd give it another go to see this place has improved. But ended up cancelling whilst there. When walked in there were 2 parents infront of me struggling to scan the barcode to open the door. One the staff sorted that. So two parents walked in before me (one scanned the code and held the door for others) but then when I was about to get in one staff told me to scan the barcode. The way i was asked was not nice at all. I told her it doesn't even work most of the times. So she decided to pull my account and asked another member of staff to get me to the reception. She asked my name and my children's name. The account was on my husband's name. She said she's after someone else and went back to reception and told that I was being rude even though I was not. I told her my children's name but she did not confirm that. They accused me that I have not made any payments for last few months. When I showed them the proof of the payment then they changed the topic and she started to provoking me insted of apologies. They were being rude but kept telling me off that I'm being rude. They were trying to be professional showing off today because there were some inspections going on today. They never bothered about shoe covers before but we're giving out to all the parents today in the waiting room. Wiping the floor straight away (which is not normally that quick). So show off was going on for today. The staff is unprofessional and careless. The lady who came to get me from waiting area should have come up with my children's name not by my name. Because the account could be on anyone's name ie. Mother, father or caretaker. I told her my children's name but she didnt listen or confirmed and went back to reception and said I was rude but the truth is they are unprofessional. I wish I could give 0 star for this place. I felt so insulted when they looked up at wrong account and accused me for not paying for it so many months. I felt i was picked up for this because of my race. They just teamed up to have a go at me.

   Terrible Start! I assigned my kids to the groups recommended during the trial lesson, but in the first actual lesson, a different teacher claimed that the group placements were incorrect and referred me to reception for changes. However, when I went to reception, they sent me back to the teacher, insisting that the teacher must input the progress before any changes can be made. Unfortunately, everyone forgot about this requirement afterward. To make matters worse, the phone number that called me multiple times a day before registration never answers when I call, and my emails go unanswered. I'm already exhausted—and it’s only the first week.

   Polite, helpful and patient staff. Plenty of parking. Good changing facilities and well maintained. Online progress reports seem to be updated slowly and it can sometimes seem like your child is stuck at a level for a longer than necessary time.

   Swim! Has been absolutely fantastic at building confidence with my son. You are made to feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door every week. All staff are friendly and smiling and fantastic with the little ones. My son went from having no water confidence to swimming with aids within 10 minutes. He was made to feel safe and at ease from the moment he got in the pool. Now he looks forward to his weekly session. 100 percent would recommend to anyone thinking of putting their children in to swimming lessons.

   Fantastic place for your little ones to learn to swim. Small groups so they get the attention they need and their teacher gets in the pool. Not cheap but well worth the money

   What a brilliant place swim Oldbury is!From my daughter aged 3 to my son aged 8,they cater for all ages and abilities!Danielle is amazing with my 3 year old daughter in swim 1 despite her crying for most of her half an hour lesson (hopefully she stops this soon,sorry Danielle) and Ryan is brilliant with my 8 year old son in swim 6.The smaller groups of 6 children means each child gets the attention and guidance they need.Can’t fault all of the staff,absolutely brilliant place for the price you pay.Keep up the great work

   My daughter absolutely adores this swim school and so do I, so friendly, welcoming and fun! She’s just gone to swim two and she’s so proud! Emma is amazing and daughter literally adores her!

   Fabulous place, my grandson has gained so much confidence in water, learnt so much already,he loves going and looks forward to his lesson each wk. Highly recommended swim! all staff are friendly and so helpful. Love the way the children are all congratulated on their own little achievements encouraging them to keep up the good work.
