Website don't work properly, can't book easily a court. During booking before it shows you all availabilities is asking too many personal and payment questions. On the end, I had to go there myself and pay on the reception. Now I am trying to call them asking to change my hour, waiting ages on the phone, and can't get through. Phone after 3:29sec get cancelled. This is very bad customer service!

Where do I start with this catastrophic establishment. My mother-in-law went to book herself and my baby for weekly swimming lessons they took down all the details including his DOB (he is 13 months) when she got home she gave me the slip. (It said 5:30pm even though she was told 4:30pm). I went online to check and they booked him onto the 19-36mnth old session. I then called the centre to clarify why they have done this. They said they spoke to the swimming teacher and the teacher said not to worry he is allowed to go in as they go at the same pace. So my son went for his first session went perfectly fine. When we went to the second session we were told he’s not allowed to go in! As he’s too young and for insurance purposes he can get a β€˜shock’. So the prior week he couldn’t get a shock then? I then explained I even checked myself and called them to ask why they booked on the session and they said it’s fine. And he went in last week so how does this make sense. The manager was very nice but better training needs to be given to staff as this was ridiculous and wasted my time. On top of that they promised a refund and no money would come out of the direct debit. They gave a refund (which took over a week) but suprise suprise the direct debit came out of our account which they took the absolute Michael to refund back! Honestly the training here is so poor and what they have done to put my child at risk is absolutely appalling. And oh get this he’s allowed to come for public swimming haha won’t he get a shock then as well. They have taken a direct debit from my account twice now! Despite them saying they will cancel the DD over a month ago!!!!

First time I have been here for the ladies swim. It was a lovely experience. For ladies changing and showers go in to the ladies group entrance. This is located on your left as you enter the changing room. This leads to a separate entrance to the instructor pool which is private for ladies only at certain times of the week. The showers were lovely and hot. Bring Β£1 for the lockers Haven’t tried the sauna yet but I know it’s on the top floor so you have to get dressed and then get the lift or stairs up after your swim.

For some competition there is decent size, but parking for events nightmare. RLSS championship '24 has to a lot to improve. 2025 a bit better than last year

Attending commonwealth games mixed 3m and and mixed 10m diving finals. Great venue. Top facility . There was great lighting and sound system, created a real buzz around the centre. Ample food trucks on site, however for the commonwealth games toilets had to be accessed from outside the main aquatics centre.

Visited for the Commonwealth games and it is a magnificent new centre which will add so much to the community post games. A bit tough to get to without a car but Uber did the trick, however this won’t be a problem post games. Great to see infrastructure benefiting the community

What a fantastic facility for our area once the games are over. Everything was well organised except for the toilet facilities. Such a queue after the first final that I missed the start of the next. Organisers need to get this sorted. Lovely atmosphere inside and outside the centre but the usual overpriced catering and souvenirs. It would have been good to allow all spectators to leave from the other entrance reserved for the disabled too. I'm sure many tournaments will be held here in the future so hope organisers will learn from this major event.

Very well run ,a great not to be missed opportunity to see the best of British at home. My wife and I went for the diving. Very friendly atmosphere and totally safe for everyone, there are lots of steps around and the queue for toilets was ridiculous. Go if you possibly can.
