   If you are buying a house, do not use this firm. The level of service I received was abysmal. They offered no proactive assistance in the home-buying process and were completely unprofessional throughout. It was shocking that I had to repeatedly prompt them for all necessary legal advice. It seems their standard procedure is to do the bare minimum and wait for the client to direct them, which is the exact opposite of what a solicitor is paid for. I strongly suggest you find another solicitor to handle your affairs. Using this firm will only add unnecessary stress, delay, and frustration to an already complicated process. Consider yourself warned.

   Incredibly happy with everything. The whole process of buying our first house was EASY! I never thought buying a house would be so straight forward. But thanks to Rowlinsons it was. The app they use is great and gives you a step by step guide on the process and you can message your conveyancers via the messaging service instead of getting your messages lost in an email. I cannot thank Alicia and Cerys enough for their time and effort. Extremely happy with everything. Really does go to show if you pay a little extra and get a good solicitor you’ll not be stressed.    Rowlinsons delivered an extremely high level of service for my house sale conveyancing. Grace was extremely professional, helpful, competent, polite, friendly and well humoured. It is without doubt the most down to earth yet effective service I have had in dealing with solicitors, and that in itself made for a great experience. The circumstances I faced during my house sale were a little bit complicated and there were a few unexpected issues we had to encounter, not least during covid. However, Grace and Laura were efficient, responsive and kept me informed at every stage of the process. I was also very impressed with their modern approach. They even have their own app which made the process of filing in forms so much easier. I would highly recommend Rowlinsons for a competitively priced and super quality service.
