110 advisor firms left Tenet in 2022 and only 4 joined. This is one third of advisors left and joined other networks. Tenet’s equity also reduced to 1/3rd. This is the time to leave this network to save your business.
I’ve been with Tenet for 10 years, so I’m qualified to comment. The changes we’ve seen in the last few years have been overwhelming at times, but our business is stronger and better. Intelligent Office is fantastic, and the newly implemented Tenet Technology provides a solid platform for growth. Despite the British Steel debacle, they are a cautious network with high standards for advice and business. The ongoing service policy needs urgent revision, but that’s my only gripe.
As an advisor, I have worst experience working with Tenet. Worked with another mortgage network for 6 years, never had any issue but during my period with Tenet, I got nothing except stress.
We have had extremely bad experience with Tenet. Its easy to join them, impossible to work with them and difficult to leave them. They deserve minus star. Read about them at advisor forum at cherryplc.
A network that is definitely worth avoiding, don’t provide support and very little training. If you ever then decide to leave them they then try to take your clients and move them to their own internal company Tenet and You. Steer well clear as it will be the worst decision to join them.
Unless you want them to destroy your business, never EVER use this company. They've stressed me out to the point where I can't eat or sleep, it's severly affected my mental health. The sad thing they would have always had a 4 star from me because I thought they were supportive until they showed their true colours.
A terrible Network to be apart of. They are fine when everything is going ok but as soon as you have a problem they kick you in the teeth without hesitation. Avoid at all costs
Spoke to an advisor at the end of October at length for around an hour. Gave all my details and was assured that I would receive a call on the foillowing Weds with options. Didn't hear anything - no call, no quotes or options. Today I receive a call from another advisor to say "Sorry the advisor hasn't called you to follow up" " I'll ask her to call you" The advisor eventually called clearly uncomfortable on the phone to say she STILL hadn't worked on my case. No investigation & still no quotes. She wanted to go through the whole conversation again with me. Terrible service and not a good start. I've decided to take my business elsewhere !
