   Had a consultation with nick in Chester, I was not the client, I was there with a friend who is not used to dealing with legal matters. Consultation went well and nick promised to come back to us after discussing the matter with colleagues, that was a month ago approximately, still waiting despite chasing by telephone and email, not had the courtesy of any reply , very poor service in my opinion, would consider using them again. Further to their response, I would point out that they have never replied to my friend despite the promise to do so, nor did they reply to me saying they could only reply to him. Quite a poor response to a negative review really. I would have expected something along the line of “we’re sorry for the delay we can’t respond to you but we will respond to the client”. Sort of reinforces my view of a poor service.

   What can I say! Hunters lawyers especially R.Shakespeare have been absolutely incredible during a really difficult time in my life. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she was always at the end of the phone proving me with reassurance throughout she made a very hard journey manageable. She is kind hearted and I felt like she really cared for me. She is an expert in family law, and she did everything she would to win my case! I am truly grateful her communication was impeccable and she always kept me informed with things Thank you!

   HUNTER LAWYERS Free Legal Advise Service is absolutely fantastic. Right from the first phone call to book an appt till the superb advise I received from Rebecca the Solicitor, all was super impressive & pleasantly satisfactory. Absolutely mega 100%! The Phone Receptionist sounded friendly, professional & very helpful. She made me very reassured even though I hadnt even spoken to the Solicitor yet. Talking to her to make an appointment was already "weight lifted off my shoulder". In view of the weight of the problem I needed advise on, not having to wait for more than 2 days for a Solicitor to speak to me really helped me to function a lot better till I got the call from the Solicitor. Rebecca the Solicitor called me promptly on the appointed day. She too was absolutely friendly, professional, patient, reassuring and very kind. I was very pleased with the good advise & reassurance she gave me. She even emailed me afterwards to extend her good gesture. Hunter Lawyers free legal advise service is out of this world! Its mega excellent & absolutely unbeatable! The service is a real blessing to anyone struggling with life's legal issues and need quick legal advise without costs. Please keep up the excellent work!    I went for a free case review. The solicitor took some basic details and wouldn't look at any evidence I had brought - didn't review the case or give me any insight. Just talked about how important it was to get a someone who knows the law to do help with the matter and talked about how much it would cost. **I didn’t have any lever arch files, let alone 12!**

   I have recently been dealing with a bitter personal matter for which I needed some advise. Hunters solicitors in Chester appeared the most appealing on a Google search. I was immediately answered by a friendly voice who happily transferred me to Mr Lucas Hunter. I cannot reiterate enough how kind, professional and understanding he was. Mr Hunter listened patiently, asked necessary questions and resolved the issue I called about.    Do not use this company. Do not hand over any money until they can prove they have done some work for you. You have been warned. Do NOT touch them. I used the Chester Branch. £1,800.00 to fill in 1 form and read some documents ! Then send a ridiculous estimate for further work.
