   In unfortunate circumstances as I been charged with drink driving it was a pleasure to meet Frank. His calm and professional manner made me feel at ease straight away. Frank represented me in court and again he made the whole process calming. Frank told me exactly what to expect and how the process would go. He represented me well and due to this I got a favourable decision although a ban, which I was expecting due to the professional and accurate advice I got from Frank, came. I look forward to meeting Frank again but not in these circumstances. I have absolutely no problem in recommending Frank to anyone who finds themselves in what they think is a hopeless driving situation. Frank has your back!

   Frank was in contact with me the same day. He has been extremely supportive throughout the case and I feel he has gone above and beyond to both guide us and help us understand the process as we have not been in this situation before.    I enlisted the help of Frank on my drink driving charge after a poor display on my first hearing and in general from my previous representation.... After telling me to go not guilty, on the day of my plea hearing my previous representation then decided to tell me to "just plead guilty" as they could not see me having a chance (after telling me I had a good chance).... I plead not guilty (thankfully) After that my trial was set for a few months time and I set about to find myself some new representation... after speaking to many I came across Frank, immediately after speaking to Frank about my case I had the feeling I had the right man.... He was very knowledgeable and made me feel confident I was going to at least be able to have a fair chance at explaining my side. Frank got on the case straight away and within a few days he had been in touch with me more and given more information about the evidence, than my previous representation had in months.... He explained that it was a difficult case to defend and that the argument is rarely used as it is very difficult to prove... My defence was the driving I had done was all under duress. Many communications followed and Frank kept me updated at all times... The court date was now looming and you could now see the hard work and effort he had been putting in over the couple of months.... He was honest with me at all times and did not sugar coat how slim my chances were. The court date was here and Frank ran through my case with me again and had a calm demeanour all the way through. He was through in explaining what would happen in the court room, so I knew what to expect in there.... All of this helped me as I was extremely nervous. In the courtroom Frank was extremely calm and knew exactly what he needed to do, he was in his element. The closing arguments were very impressive and you could see why good solicitors are paid well for what they do. Although the chances were slim and again Frank explaining how tough it would be in the circumstances. The result was in and it was not guilty!!! The result was deserved and it was thanks to Frank I was able to show my side of events along with the evidence that was available. I would like to thank Frank for everything he has done for me this has given me a second chance.... I had everything riding on this as my career was at stake (I'm a HGV class 1 driver) ....Even if the result didn't go my way I was happy that I was able to explain my side the best way possible knowing no stone had been left unturned. I believe the decision I made to change to him made all the difference in my case. I could not recommend Frank enough and if you need help give him a call ...He is honest and will not sell you a lie, he's hardworking and knowledgeable. Myself, my wife and family genuinely thank you Frank for what you did for us... and wish you all the luck in future cases.

As soon as I contacted him, he took time explaining the process and all possible outcomes etc. I had never had a speeding offence of this nature before, so he offered great advise on the best way forward.
