   We have recently used Vincent and co to help us with our mortgage. Initially the service was what you would expect. Part way through my partner was asking for updates for progress and was spoken to very bluntly like she should know how solicitor legislation works. This we could live with but little did we know this was just the start. We’ve then moved into our property and weeks after moving in be handed a bill that hasn’t been accounted for because the solicitor didn’t pick up this when billing. The bill is £950!!! This was never discussed or expected and as you can imagine when buying a new house out money is now tied up elsewhere. A huge lack of professionalism and really wouldn’t recommend to anyone wanting to use Vincent and co when moving property. You get the keys for the property being told all funds are paid but then get a bill weeks later. Have second thoughts when choosing Solictors.
