   My son has been taking swimming lessons with Siobhan, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging—everything you’d hope for in a swimming instructor. Siobhan has a natural ability to make you feel comfortable in the water, and she explains techniques in a way that’s easy to understand and apply. Her lessons are always well-structured, fun, and tailored to individual needs. Whether it’s building confidence, improving form, or learning new skills, she knows exactly how to guide you. Thanks to Siobhan, my son has progressed to the next stage and made more progress than I ever expected. I highly recommend her to swimmers of any level. She’s absolutely fantastic!

   Pool sometimes has sand and debris at the bottom in the deep end , people keep leaving their belongings in the locker room! There are lockers to put your things in, (20p non returnable) staff dont hold up that rule . Floors in locker rooms are not the cleanest. Swimming in gereral is good. They also offer floats and music on certain days ( costa del tipton) My daughter currently has lessons there , the staff teaching the pupils are great even though sometimes you dont always get the same teacher. Overall a good place for a few hours swim and lessons for your child(ren) .

   Good gym gets the job done could use a wider range of machines and equipment and the dumbells only go up to 40kgs but does the job

   Lovely pool and lovely staff. Lockers available and money returnable, showers are servicable. It's a lovely pool and friendly place. Sometimes it's daunting going somewhere on your own, this place is nice and friendly.

   The ideal place for a workout, Is it perfect, not quite yet, but if they added a sauna and steam room it would be perfect. That's just personal preference. The staff are amazing, they really make you feel welcome. The gym has everything you need to get a good work out and I always love to end it with a nice swim. All in all, it's a great place
