   I recently sold my house and Louise Keenan dealt with the Conveyancing for me. I would highly recommend using Jones Robertson. Louise is excellent she always answered my calls and replied to my emails and was very patient with all my many phone calls asking for updates etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending Louise for dealing with your house sale or purchase.

   Avoid these solicitors ! I was wrongly accused of a criminal offence and subsequently cleared of the charge. Whilst waiting for trial, there was very little communication from them and most of my emails were unanswered. After the trial I received no assistance in reclaiming my property from the police and some was missing ! Once they are not being paid, they are not interested. Be warned !

Things seemed slow at times but I think this was the general situation with an increase in house sales in the current climate. Louise was very professional & helpful & always returned calls & emails.    Avoid at all costs!! Mark Robertson 'quality' solicitors based in widnes doesn't return calls or emails and has a disgusting vile attitude when speaking on the phone. As stated by Mark Robertson "he does not have a crystal ball and if important letters dont arrive it's not his fault the post man doesn't do his job properly" this guy doesn't use recorded delivery for important documents! What a joke!!

   Worst company ever to deal with, my daughter has had a nightmare not returning calls and very unprofessional when they eventually did return her calls, there lack of empathy and customer service skills are beyond belief. Avoid at all costs

   AVOID !! After my initial meeting they said they would contact me in a few days. 4 weeks later still haven't heard anything and when i rang to ask was told someone would call me back....guess what, i still haven't heard anything. Not wasting my time i'll take my business elsewhere and find someone who's interested in the work
