**5* Highly recommended** THANK you to Emma for bonding our bunnies into a trio, as you can see from the pictures they are inseparable, the bond is so strong. On arrival we had a good chat, she had excellent knowledge and I knew then I was confident our bunnies were in safe hands. It was a long process, but was worth the wait, She gave regular updates and always had the bunnies interest first in terms of bringing them home. She gave us a lot of information of what to do when the bunnies returned home which would help continue the strong bond. Did everything she said and 2 weeks later after collecting them we have 3 happy bunnies. Thank you again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We both work in the veterinary industry and cannot recommend Small Paws highly enough. Our rabbits had a lovely time on holiday here! The owner (Emma) is super reliable, incredibly caring and always puts the animals first. I felt able to relax whilst away from my pets knowing they were in such a safe pair of hands. Emma has an impressive knowledge of animal healthcare, welfare and care needs. She has a lot of experience looking after all kinds of pets (and administering a wide range of different types of medication), and I would be very comfortable leaving our dogs to stay with her as well. Emma is something of a rabbit guru and I would also recommend her bonding service for anyone looking to get their bunny a friend.

Highly recommend small paws, Emma is kind and caring and loves marshmallow like he is her own, he always comes back calm and happy! Emma always answers my questions and gives amazing and valuable advice to help me be the best rabbit mummy! More recently Emma had spent time bonding marshmallow with one of her rescues she did the most amazing job they have fallen in love and Emma would always be my first choice if I needed any one to care for my bunnies.

Max our cavapoo has now been using Small Paws Doggy Day Care with Emma and her wonderful family now for nearly 5 years. He absolutely loves going to day care and meeting up with his pals and especially Bear Emma's dog, he gets excited as we go round the corner to Elksley knowing he is going to play and be well cared for. Nothing is never too much trouble and we know that i beloved pet Max will be safe, well cared for and loved while we are at work. We would be lost without Small Paws. Thank You Emma and Bear for making Max's stay with you fun, and ours restful when he comes home tired out.

I have had a terrible time and awful behaviour from Small Paws to the point where she has blocked me leaving a review on her Facebook page. We hoped she could look after our dog after our original sitter had a family crisis. My wife read the messages and off the back of that contacted Emma, which has lead to a disgusting experience of lack of professionalism. *** The whole crux of this complaint is that we contacted Emma in good faith and she strung me along leaving it to the very last minute to put me off and therefore compounding the situation we were in *** (note she didn't explicitly say no). I understand that people have personal crises and that is part of life but when you run a business thay people rely on and you are aware that a) we were in a bind already and b) time was getting very short from when we needed the help, there is no excuse for just going quiet and not coming out and saying you can't help. The earlier she could have done this the better. It takes 10 seconds to do and she was posting other stuff while I was sat waiting so had the opportunity. As for what happened afterwards, it just makes the Small Paws look malicious and spiteful. Getting a gaggle of friends who have had good experiences does little in my view to show this business treats people properly, first of all she has blocked my wife and me from replying to the original review while allowing her friends to continue supporting her and secondly trying to belittle a potential customers genuine experience and feelings is the hallmark of someone who lives in their own reality distortion field and can do no wrong when this is clearly not the case. Take the bad feedback (because you dealt with us badly), own it and learn from it, improve. Don't get your echo chamber to chant how great you are, it just reinforces the crappy experience we had. I'm glad we have dodged the bullet anyway because based on how she has treated us I wouldn't let my dog anywhere near.
