   This was our first time setting up Wills and LPAs together and to say we had a few questions would be an understatement! Jon was incredibly patient, personable and professional throughout and went above and beyond to make sure that we were appropriately covered and 100% happy before sending our final documents through for signing. We originally went into the first call thinking we knew exactly what we wanted but he gently questioned our rationale then left us alone to think about a few things. Only once we were ready did he set up a follow up call to progress. In the end we were so glad that he challenged us and are now very happy with our final documents. We really can't recommend Jon highly enough and have already passed his details onto several people... Thank you Jon!
