   I'd like to suggest to the management of the Brierley Hill club, to please do something regarding the work-out noise and shouting that can be heard in the Retreat Spa upstairs. I booked into the Spa at 9.30am today until 1.30pm and 2 hours of my treatment was spoilt by the excessive noise coming from the club workout. The Spa is absolutely lovely and I enjoyed my treatments but it was spoilt by the terrible thumping noise and shouting of the trainer in one of the club's fitness classes. The noise and bass literally shakes the treatment rooms. It is not the fault of the Spa and that's why I've left the review here and hope very much the club takes this seriously.

   Monty took around the entire centre and really looked after us. He answered all our questions and really made us feel welcome. We ended with a great chat and a coffee. We signed up straight away. Brilliant

   Visited the centre with my family, we met with Monty who was exceptional, walked us through the entire site, showed us all the areas within the gyms, grounds, the pools. Discussed all the extra classes, memberships. Also all the kids activities included and available to us as a family with the membership - incredible value for money and would highly recommend anyone considering joining, then to call and book a viewing and with Monty. He will sort everything for you. Thanks again

   Racist customer service. Being continuously commented on when I do sth, while at the same time, person from another race/color are not. Being platinum member paying over £160 per month for family, was literally denied 2 towels. Every rep has their own thing going. There are few good ones but very bad experience overall. Especially when I feel that it’s my color/race that sparks them to comment/instruct/misbehave or deny me service. While others are not being treated same right at that moment.

   Could do with some serious updates and a good through freshen up to be honest. Staff are helpful and the kids section is brilliant idea so adults can go to the gym!

   Not sure who is in charge of communications/customer service at the Dudley centre but defo is not doing the right thing. Im trying to get my money back for some classes my daughter's been enrolled for without my agreement since the 3rd of December, sent multiple emails, enquiries via the app, requested call backs , been at the reception 4 times. still...they ignored all communication and wont process that refund. to say they play hardball with customers is an understatement and I would advise anyone thinking to join to think twice or be very carefull with them as they overcharge you or enroll you for different classes without your knowledge and thereafter ignore all your attempts to get rid of these charges! the point of this business is to help people relax but instead you have to chase money they take without your agrement ! Such a shame and so unprofessional!

   Place is really becoming run down. Air conditioning not working. Indoor pool was closed the other day due to issues with the cleanliness. Changing rooms have loads of broken lockers, broken tiles. Changing areas especially from the pool into the Changing room is really dirty along with the shower area. Basketball court over grown and can't play. Email sent 2 months ago and no response. For the money it is really bad and not worth the money.
