If Norton did solicitors ... they would probably be the worst solicitors in the world .. Oh wait, they are. Terrible service. I'd never use them again.
Luckily not my solicitor. but someone i know used them. Not sure if they are paid by the day but no communication on their part whatsoever. Refused to pick up the phone, answer to e-mails or speak to the buyers solicitors. Very unprofessional service. Would highly recommend people avoid this firm like the plague.
There was no communication on there part so I was worried and stressed unnecessarily. The solicitor was very good when completion happened I would recommend her. Sadly I am still waiting on paper work promised to me a month after my move in date, a year on after plenty of phone calls an emails requesting this I am still waiting and very frustrated I only want what is due and what I have paid for.
