Avoid at all cost, immoral and unprofessional. Should not be allowed to practice. Absolutely awful behaviour and wow talk about charges and fees nearly 80% would like to see a breakdown of all longlands fees. With that much money should have a plush office somewhere not a grotty place. Shocking
Absolute rudest member of staff I have ever known, was parking at a local business with my disabled son, my engine was still running as I was waiting for a van to pull out so I could get near the building I needed to be at. A man came out and shouted wind your window down, I have clients.. to which I told him that is very good for him and as he is aware my engine is still running. If this is anything to go by how he treats the general public with children in the car I would defiantly not like to see how he handles his business.
ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS. I've no idea what the fee-earners do at Longlands but I'm guessing they spend most of their time trying to work out which sticking-out part of their anatomy is called an elbow, because they certainly don't waste any energy making sure they're up to date on their clients' case files. When conveyancers are so completely out of touch that they're still waiting for problems to be resolved that everybody else in the entire chain knows were resolved WEEKS AGO, what hope is there? Maybe if they had enough respect for their clients to actually take phone calls from other solicitors who are actually trying to get things resolved then things might be different. But it seems that's not the Longlands Way.
Clueless, don't show due diligence, been fined by the SRA in 2010 and I can see why.
My mother passes away within the last week and had to get some documents signed by a solicitor to close her accounts. I literally interrupted his lunch as I dropped in with no appointment and he was happy to see me and get me sorted there and then. Such a compassionate gentleman and really sets the standard that today's society needs to be at. Thanks again, and sorry for barging in.
