   Unreliable, unprofessional, incompetent and untrustworthy firm. Do not use them if you would like your case to be dealt with. Make all the right noises at the beginning but once you have signed a contract they disappear.

   Absolutely terrible, awful company. Scam, scam, scam. PCP claim which I was completely unsure about as the guy was so pushy. Ended up being reassured in to it. 2 years down the line barely heard a word. Ring them and get no call back. They sent me an email a few weeks ago which was only by chance u came across it. They could no longer proceed with my claim and they needed to pass to another solicitor where my insurance won't be moved across, they needed me to sign within 7 days to give them permission to move over. Called them and the guy that wrote the letter had left. Spoke to someone else who told me if I don't sign to move it to another solicitor I owe £4300! Yet they are the ones breaking contract by not proceeding because they don't have enough staff or evidence to win the claim! I went to read reviews and saw some poor lady signed to be moved over to another solicitor like they try and push you in to and she was then smacked with a massive bill because she had broken the contract by moving to another solicitor. In the current climate we are in this is absolutely disgraceful and disgusting service. This is being looked at legally and I would advise NO ONE to trust this company

   Avoid like the plague. Been doing a motor finance claim for my partner for the last 12 months. Claim initially was for over £8000. Last we heard off them it's changed to just over a thousand pounds. No communication. Next move is contact the ombudsman. This company screams scam

   Sent in details for car finance claim back in July 2022. Slow to no updates. Keep emailing to ask for update and NOTHING! Phoned in to ask for updates and they struggle to give any answers to claim. When I asked if they had settled any claim to car finance I was informed that they have not had a successful case yet. Seems a complete waste of time!

   1 star for this review as clear money claims passed all my details over and I confirmed my ID with McDermott only for a girl name Amy to get all my details wrong weeks later and tell me via email she will contact her supervisor and correct them I then rang up 7months later to see how the claim was going and they had my name address car reg and car make all wrong under someone else’s name ect. I had to explain to 3 different people. So many incompetent employees I would never use them again. Avoid

   I was very happy with the outcome of this case in that it provided me with funds to deal with the problem I had with my local council. The case dragged on due to the intransigence of the council and as a result the finance charges and insurance charges built up. However the firm generously did not collect their normal fee freeing up funds to sort out the problem.

   Signed up for miss-sold finance claim. Sent all required documents and it was a waiting game. Received an email with claimable sum of nearly 9k. After sending more documents kept asking to update me of what's going on. Never got reply when sent about 10 emails asking for update. So left a negative review because of lack of communication and totally ignoring emails. Next day after my review received a call asking to remove my feedback in promise to start communicating. Guess what, as soon as i removed my review, no further emails or calls received. So left another review... After couple of days got an email saying "Your claim does not satisfy our criteria, therefore, we unable to act for you in this matter" Was waste of time and wasted 6 month waiting when could go with more reputable company. Looks like 9k in not enough for this company to be claimed. Avoid this company and read reviews before signing up.
