   So far not impressed. Communication has been poor, the record pagination process for a medical negligence case is two months over the deadline. Supposed to get regular updates but I’ve had to ask for them each time - not good enough

   All the facts were available from the beginning so they could have assessed the chances of success. Instead I was led to believe I had a good case whilst it seems the whole process was a complete waste of time. No I would not recommended Fletchers.

   Would recommend at all I was ignored and had to do all the asking, never once listened to what my claim was went for something completely different then never contacted me, just sent a letter out saying case closed. I server for this country and needed help was let down by NHS and solicitors was a complete was of time. The staff in the company don't care about the case at all it's just a job to then always had to contact them even if they had info. Do t go near then waste of time
