I wish to fully recommend this solicitors especially for those seeking a non molestation order. I have endured an ongoing issue with harassment and domestic abuse. From my initial appointment with the most friendliest, efficient, very patient paralegal Lily I was made to feel confident and at ease .    I was really struggling with my mental health to navigate through my benefits issues, as it is quite difficult to find experts in the welfare rights field these days. However, this law firm impressed me knowing they have a professional advisor who specialises with helping vulnerable claimants, which I found rather unique. Mr Lunt was extremely kind to give me some initial advice on my matter free of charge, and he put no pressure on me needing to commit to him representing my case as it was still in the very early stages of being resolved. We decided that just a bit of simple guidance/knowledge around the rules/process was all I needed, but I nevertheless provided a small gift to him for his time - purely because you do not often see solicitors with such intention to go above and beyond their usual obligations to help! Despite my brief encounters with Mr Lunt, I can clearly tell that this man cares about his clients. If you are worried about finding a reliable and dedicated legal firm, just speak to Astrea Linskills. My impressions are that they seem to have an ethos built upon empathy and trustworthiness, with their main aim being to offer solutions on what is best for you, not what is best for them.

   I was arrested and charged and below waiting sentence, i contacted linskills and they turned up many hours late as i wait within a cell..!! they finally turn up over 10 hours after being contacted and a young cocky legal adviser turns up stating 'looks like your going to prison and my boss likes to be paid so if you can transfer £500 now i can help yo with this best as i can' told him no and used duty adviser who stated prison will not happen and it didnt and i walked free with some unpaid hours, this is the 3rd time i have approached linskills and their approach is abrupt i have found and service terrible, they are always late, and once when having a fixed appointment i turn up only to be told the adviser is not available on that day now ?? service is very poor, would avoid any company like this as i would only assume their performance all round will be poor also

   Have been working with Steve Lunt one of Linskills Solicitors for several months and have found with him and his clerks to be excellent. As a disabled person I struggle to get out and about especially into Liverpool city centre so got dropped off at his offices each time I met him and as their office is 3rd floor based they have a lift and also a ramp for anyone with mobility issues. The chairs n the consulting rooms have the options of arm tests which is a God send if like me you need support to get in and out of chairs. From a professional point of view the service was first class and I would highly recommend him.
