Disgraceful. I phoned reception to politely ask if they did No Win No Fee medical negligence claims and the phone was promptly slammed down on me! It is distressing enough having been mistreated by the NHS without some snotty receptionist cutting the call! They had every opportunity to phone me back if the call cut in error and did not do so.
